I need help adjusting the size of my picture for my avatar for this site. Unfortunately, my computer will not let me upload edited pictures from "paint" and Photobucket only allows a size of 120x80 pixels... my pictures end up very wide and short... I need someone to take my picture, save it and adjust the size to the allowed size- 100x100 pixels.

Yes... Photobucket... I use that and my emblem is short and fat (the avatar that I am using now) because you only have that option because the next size up is too large (120 pixels. 20 pixels too wide)

yea you can use photobuckt, when you resize it goto custom setting or portion unclick it.
also why can't you resize it in MS paint and save as? maybe it's the size of the file, try saving it as a Bitmap if this doesn't help I'll try doing it for you and I'll upload it myself

Reach isn't a cake, though.
It's a delicious burger.
It's got delicious meat (Campaign), bacon (multipalyer), awesome sauces (Firefight), cheese (Forge), added vegetables (mushrooms, onions... I mean Theater and intense Customization for gametypes and armour), and buns (Sage's beard? I don't know).
It all comes with fries (potential DLC) and a drink (Forge).

Also, Super, thats sorta what I'm trying to say. I know that no one can get to Hoffa's level, but lets just say there is a chance of getting to his position (even though it is at #1 supreme ruler). In a way, it would be like me saying that I am owner of the site when Hoffa really just shares some of his supreme power with me.

Super, I'm not trying to hold you down or bash you, but it would be like me telling everyone that I am at Hoffa's level. Although I am the highest rank, I still can't compare to Hoffa's super-human abilities + his power (he actually has more access to stuff than all other Heads), his experience and his authority. Or if I told everyone that I already am a Head Admin while Hoffa was simply considering it. If I did do that, I would have never gotten the role.
I really don't want to get into a discussion on this, especially in the chatbox, but I hope this sorta cleared things up. No harsh intentions though.
