Rules Enforcement
Excuses for not knowing the rules will not be accepted. This includes claims about being "New", "Not Understanding" or "Stupid" etc. The rules apply equally to everyone! Administrators and members alike. 

When any of the below rules are violated or supposed violation occurs, Red vs. Blue Wars Entertainment Staff will, at their sole discretion, determine an appropriate remedy with or without communicating the warnings or results of the remedies taken. This includes but is not limited to verbal warnings, written warnings, temporary account suspension, permanent account suspension, and website bans.

In the event that an action is communicated to the transgressing user, the user will have an opportunity to appeal for a review of the decision within ninety (90) days time, otherwise, no such review is applicable. It is the responsibility of the user to stay up-to-date on the rules. The appeal process will be described and detailed if you are ever invloved in such situation.

Access to this website and any of its related products is a privilege and not a right! The staff of this community moderate the website to their best of their ability and at their own discretion. Attacks upon their decisions or non-constructive arguments will be completely ignored.

Other Rules - Listen to the Admins. Do not use loop holes. Admins determine what is considered flaming, spam, etc.

Staff Have Final Say:: Staff have the final say in the issue, and disagreeing with them in anything other then a private, respectful manner will be considered not only harassment but trolling.


Membership of this website and it's content is a privilege, not a right. Membership only guarantees the ability to fully access them. Trolling, harassment, or any other rule breaking will result in varying degrees of punishment.

If you are told by a RvBW Staff Member or higher to stop, you cannot claim that it was not stated in the rules. It is impossible and impractical to list every rule possible. Attempting to circumvent a rule will result in a more severe warning. That includes deleting a post then reposting an identical or similar version of it. That will be considered both bumping and multiple posting. Also, the determination of things such as begging, flaming, spam, whining, etc. are dependent on the admin, not the users. Any complaints involving attempts to find loop holes in the rules and complaining that it was not explicitly stated in the rules will be ignored.

Note: All Red vs. Blue Wars Entertainment forums, chatboxes, etc. are in the private sector. This means that some rights such as the freedom of speech do not apply at all, as that is ONLY for the governmental and public sectors. Also, implications/threats to sue may result in anything from a warning, post deletion, thread lock, or removal of all forum privileges (equivalent to a ban.).Know what you're talking about before posting.

WARNING SYSTEM

We use a "strike" system here at RvBW. If a Administrator thinks that you've done something to earn you a warning, that admin will use the warning system in the admin section and the system will Pm you. In the Pm, it will explain why you are warned and who warned you. After 3 minor warnings, you will earn yourself a 3 day ban from the fourm and chatbox. After your 4th minor warning, you will earn yourself a 7 day ban from the entire website. And after the 5th, you will be completely ban from the site forever. You won't be able to view it anymore. Don't even comtemplate to try to make a new account, we have advanced software that's alot better than your failed attempts.
